The restaurant was nice. Everything was made fresh. Staffs were brilliant

Banks cards not being accepted for payment

The staff was polite and agreed to our requirementsBut the bedsheets were dirty. Even the new ones which they changed on our request had the same issue.The washrooms too did stink.

Few of the staff and night staff were very good and cooperative.

Nothing was that impressive tap was broken unhygienic atmosphere. Toothbrush kit one was used once. TV wasn't working. No chair was there in the room.

Location is within a kilometer from Saibaba Temple, which is very good,. Room's are specious.

About Breakfast, Has very limited menu, not all the items are served, hotel should mention what is included in the breakfast with the room package. No toiletries were provided. only one small soap. If there are limitation, it should have been mentioned on the hotel website plus at the hotel booking websites, which will help customers to understand while booking the rooms.

Location was good but breakfast was not.

It's within a kilometer from Saibaba Temple. Rooms are decent with flat TV. They changed the linen when we requested.

No toiletries were provided. When asked at the reception Mr. VIJAY who was there at reception rudely said this is how there hotel operates. I confronted why the same was not mentioned in the website he nor being apologetic said to leave the hotel if we don't like. When I mentioned this attitude will not help to be good hotelier he unpolitely mentioned there are many customers and they are least bothered what we post in website. This doesn't affect their business.

The room is good and the location is near to Temple. The Reception people are nice and good.

The bathrooms are not good.. they need to clean it or replace the toilet pans.. Not Good.

I don’t like anything about it

It is not maintained well, I guess pillows and towels were used from last 10 years - they look like super user and ugly.

The location is convenient to main temple, the staff are courteous, the rooms are convenient with all amenities & room service is wonderful & convenient. I will recommend this place to all my relatives visiting shirdi.

Payments through credit cards should be accepted, these days not everyone is carrying enough cash for everything when travelling.

Nothing except the location.

There are reasons -1.the bedsheet and pillow were torn.2. The hotel didn't provide airport shuttle service3.the hotel didn't gave basic toiletries.4.the price of the hotel is not even justified.5.the mattress was so hard

The property is located well with lot of restaurants nearby and Sai Temple with 5 mins walk. The rooms are clean and the service is too good.

Only pro is its 5 to 7 min walk to Gate1/4 and Dwarakamai . I couldn’t able to find any good about this hotel. Close by to medical shops n hotels. That’s it.

Room is not worth 2K per night at all. Cleaning staff were lazy and late to respond. Order to restaurant service available but food not that tasty. No WI-FI available in room it’s only available in the lobby. Hot water is not great as well. Trash pick up is not done at all. Had to call them many times.

People at Reception were not welcoming, little bit rude. AC wasn’t working in the first room. And staff was very confused if the booking was for AC or non AC. Also, staff was confused about turning on the AC. They finally realised that my booking was for AC room and then they changed my room. The new room was with faulty phone so I also had to ask to change the phone. Waiters and helpers were very helpful. However management or reception staff was not very responsive. Also, they didn’t have shampoo and body wash despite of charging more than 2000 per night. They only provided 2 basic small soaps. I know that other hotels in shirdi with lesser charges also provide shampoo etc. Location was closer to the temple but was very noisy even during nights and early morning. So if you are looking for some rest or quiet place, look somewhere else. If you want better proximity to temple then this location is good.Food quality was good and room service was quick. And again waiters and helpers staff was helpful and responsive.

Wifi was only available in the lobby and not in the room which was useless. While booking I saw that WiFi was available hence I preferred this hotel. but then it was useless. They should not mention that wifi is available in the description if it is not available in the room

I like Restaurant of Hotel and restaurant staff.if You have child below 4 yrs old, pls stay here all the food services available.

Room, Exactly i was disappointed after seeing no Almira in Room , Space Is Huge but Without Almira it was causing lot of problem , hangers not help u, all the stuff was on chair and table.

Room was spacious with big windows.

dirty sheets and comforters. window shades were not clean.

No breakfast was provided in 4704/- for family room. Location wise is good.

Compare to the charges, the room was not upto-date at all. No cleanliness and the blankets were very old and tacky.
